Construction work completed and paid in full will be backed by our standard
installation guarantee. The terms and conditions of your leak warranty will be
explained in detail on your contract or agreement. The length of warranty may
differ depending on office location, product installed and type of structure.
Weather conditions in your State or region also play a vital role in the
effectiveness of your leak warranty. Please read the information provided on
your agreement to totally understand the nature and intent of this warranty. If
there is clarification needed, please contact the office location in your region
and they will be happy to assist you. Product Manufacturer
Warranty All product manufacturers typically offer limited product
warranties on the materials that they sale. These warranties usually are very
detailed in nature and only warranty the product against mistakes that might
have been made in the manufacturing process. In addition, the warranties cover
defect and breakdown of products caused by extreme heat or other adverse weather
conditions that would occur under everyday normal conditions. If you start
with a high-end product, you will usually get more life from
that product. Some products sold are harvested from nature. Since these products
are God-made, they have a tendency to hold up longer with no warranty. DRC
